Lead-screw Type (WRL)

WRL Rotator consists of 1 drive unit and 1 idler unit with a pendant-type control panel. The rollers are either made of steel or polyurethane (PU) coated per customer’s requirement. The base frames are fabricated and machined. Left Hand (LH) and Right Hand (RH) roller housing slide over the base frame through a lead screw having LH-RH threads. Center distance between rollers can be changed by rotating the lead screw. For step less speed variation, AC VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) drive system is used. Dual drive arrangement synchronizes with single variable drive with interlocking. The special ratchet spanner is provided with the unit.
